Claiming it intends to preserve what makes each brand unique, SuperATV picked up four brands from Nivel’s powersports portfolio, including HighLifter, Snorkel Your ATV, Falcon Ridge and Side By Side Stuff, all of which were previously part of Nivel’s off-road vehicle portfolio. Note Nivel appears to be pivoting to the golf cart business although it still owns SEIZMIK, STI and other powersports-focused brands.
Financial terms and other details of the transaction were not disclosed in the initial announcement. SuperATV does say no immediate changes to product offerings are planned, and operations will continue to operate on a “business as usual” basis while integration activities occur behind the scenes.
The companies expect the acquisition to create new opportunities for product innovation, expanded distribution, enhanced customer experiences and continued investment across all four of SuperATV’s acquired brands.
