As part of its outside the box efforts, the S4 Honcho has joined the demo fleet at the upcoming MSF RiderCoach Tour, giving coaches the opportunity to experience the motorcycle firsthand and explore how electric motorcycles can fit into rider training programs.
“We’re happy to have LiveWire’s Honcho join our training demo fleet at the MSF RiderCoach Tour,” said Corey Eastman, Director of Rider Education Expansion for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. “This gives our coaches an opportunity to experience an electric motorcycle in several MSF exercises while broadening the range of options available to training providers as they consider motorcycles for their programs.”
“A great product is not just fun to ride, it helps bring new riders into the sport,” adds LiveWire’s Global Sales & Network Managing Director, Dominique Dutronc. “Proud to see the LiveWire S4 Honcho Street now meeting MSF criteria for rider training programs, creating an exciting new pathway for the next generation of motorcyclists. With its lightweight design, low seat height, and simple electric operation, Honcho makes learning to ride more approachable while helping riders build the confidence and skills that last a lifetime.”
Both Eastman and Dutronc believe that “As mobility continues to evolve, rider education must evolve with it. We’re excited to support training providers and rider coaches with a motorcycle designed to lower barriers to entry and make that all-important first ride a little easier.”
