    Description:
    We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Manager to oversee the parts department within our single-store, family-run powersports dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supplier relationships, and ensuring that the parts department operates efficiently to meet customer demands. This role requires strong organizational skills, previous powersports dealership experience, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Duties -Manage and oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control and procurement management. -Develop and implement effective supply chain management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. -Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive rates for parts and materials. -Utilize LIGHTSPEED EVO for accurate data entry, demand planning, and logistics coordination. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, and maintaining stock of commonly used/fast moving parts. -Provide exceptional customer service by assisting ALL departments of the dealership (parts, sales, and service). -Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management while working closely with the Service Manager to ensure cohesive intradepartmental function. -Train and mentor staff on best practices in parts sourcing, procurement, and inventory control. -Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. Qualifications -Proven experience in a parts role within a powersports dealership. -Familiarity with LIGHTSPEED EVO. -Knowledge of warehouse operations including forklift operation, shipping & receiving processes, and order fulfillment is essential. -Strong analytical skills for effective demand planning and pricing strategies. -Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory control. -Previous dealership experience AND familiarity with LIGHTSPEED EVO IS REQUIRED.

This position is responsible for the strategic planning, vendor and partner management, on-site logistics and execution of a large national tradeshow with international reach.  It is essential that AIMExpo provides value and ROI for OEMs, aftermarket companies, and dealers alike.
