THE HOST WITH THE MOST

When Vintage Iron owner Rick Doughty recently lost his son Max to the devastating effects of depression, he vowed that #MaxMatters. In Max’s honor, he has teamed up with Road 2 Recovery and created an event designed to generate funds specifically for the new Max Matters Mental Health Initiative. The successful Max Matters Motocross Event was followed up by a BIG check presentation at the American Retrocross/Dealernews MotoXmas track day at Glen Helen.

"The motorcycle industry is very generous and when they found out it was one of their own, the donations came flooding in," said Doughty during the Road 2 Recovery presentation. "We were able to exceed our goal and are now able to fund a full program in 2021. All future donations made here will go directly to the Max Matters Mental Health Initiative."
