Road 2 Recovery kicks off charity auction this week. "Together with our partners at MX Sports Pro Racing, Road 2 Recovery (R2R) is offering you, the racing super fan a chance to bid on a part of AMA Pro Motocross history," says R2R's Lori Amstutz. "This stacked eBay auction has of over 40 items to bid on; including autographed jerseys and number plates from this year’s Lucas Oil ProMotocross Championship…all up for grabs. Causes benefitting from this auction are R2R, Blake Savage and the Jonathan Mayzak memorial fund. Each item specifically states who will be receiving the proceeds from the auction."
Special items available for bid include a Ken Roczen autographed jersey from Budds Creek with the proceeds going to Jonathan Mayzak’s memorial fund, R2R/RedBud limited edition logo-jerseys worn—and signed—by some of the paddock’s top riders, and all 12 signed red number plates from the 250MX and 450MX Class points leaders from each round of the 2019 season.
The auction will begin on Monday, September 9th at 9am PST and will continue for a full seven days—concluding on Monday, September 16th at 9am.
