Best In The Desert, the largest off-road racing series in North America, is back from its summer break and racing into the fall with the Laughlin Desert Classic October 10-13. More than 215 race vehicles have pre-entered the event with a huge contingent of UTV’s set to take on the 2nd Annual Baja Designs UTV Night Race.
“The Laughlin Desert Classic is one of our most exciting events of the year and what better way to kick off the four days of fun and racing than with the Baja Designs UTV Night Race," says BITD Race Operations Manager Donald Jackson. “Last year's, race introduced a whole new group of racers to the thrill and excitement of racing at night, and we expect this year to be no different. We can't wait to see the final showdown of the “best of the best” as they compete head to head in this final event for 2019 and earn the title as UTV class champions.”
Launched by the legendary Casey Folks back in 1984, Best In The Desert has become the largest off-road desert racing series In North America. "We are passionate about providing organized, exhilarating, and rewarding racing events across the U.S." says Scot Harden VP of Biz Dev for BITD. "My relationship with Best in the Desert goes back to its very beginning and I’ve watched it grow into the premier off-road race series in North America."
