What a difference a year makes! This time last spring we attended the promoter BJ Birtwell’s proof of concept for an EV festival… now the Electrify Expo has expanded to a full schedule running coast-to-coast. The season kickoff is in Long Beach this week and promises to be bigger and better, literally: Electrify Expo brings over 1 million square-feet of outdoor exhibit and festival space showcasing a huge lineup of e-motorcycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards, e-surfboards, e-foils, electric cars, and other electric vehicle products.
The Long Beach Kick-Off and the Austin, Texas events even have a special industry only day added to the schedule. For the consumers, the expanded Electrify Expo program now features even more EV activities, including:
• Test rides on e-bikes on multiple demo courses
• Trying out e-scooters & e-skateboards
• Hopping on an electric moped and going for a test ride
• A special kids zone designed for e-scooter test rides and more
• Checking out the latest in EV and e-mobility technology
• Browsing over 100 displays and chatting with EV experts
• Enjoying on-site food, beverages and music
