Motocrosser turned FMX contender and former Dealernews cover girl Vicki Golden is turning heads in Going For Golden a new film put together by Bell Helmets. “She is one of the most decorated female motocross riders in history and we captured a short film with her during Red Bull Imagination 2.0 earlier this year,” notes Bell Brand Manager JC Maldonado. "It’s a great story about Vicki and her journey in a very much male-dominated sport.”
Set against the backdrop of Red Bull's groundbreaking free ride event “Imagination 2.0” the cameras spend time with her from start to finish. Golden was one of the select few athletes invited and the only female to compete. Spoiler alert: she has a helmet cam on her Bell helmet so you can see the course from her POV as she takes on the challenge of the course from scouting lines, practice and her competition runs.
