KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD…

DealerConnect Is Even Better!

In the immortal words of Faber College Founder Emil Faber, “Knowledge is good.” However for a powersports dealer connecting with fellow dealers, 20 Group colleagues, service providers and most importantly, fellow dealers is even better. To that end, National Powersports Dealer Association (NPDA) announces an expanded education program for DealerConnect 2026. Presented by AppOne, the program is bringing together industry experts and dealership leaders to help dealers solve the business challenges that have the greatest impact on profitability and long-term success.

“DealerConnect is about helping dealers make better business decisions,” notes NPDA Board Chair Jayson Davis. “Whether the challenge is staffing, inventory, artificial intelligence, succession planning or increasing profitability, our goal is to bring together the people and expertise that help dealers return home with ideas they can put into practice.”

One of the business challenges DealerConnect will address — How can dealerships take advantage of artificial intelligence without getting caught up in the hype? — will be handled by Dealernews’ columnist David Gatti, Ignition XD, Founder and Mat Koenig, founder of Rockstar Designs. The dynamic duo will share practical applications for AI, including integrating AI into the sales process.

“DealerConnect has become the annual gathering where dealership owners, general managers and industry leaders come together face-to-face to exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends and collaborate on solutions that strengthen both their businesses and the powersports industry,” says NPDA showrunner Tigra Tsjujikawa. “Education delivers practical strategies dealers can immediately implement, while the relationships built through candid conversations with peers, industry experts and trusted business partners continue long after DealerConnect ends. In an industry built on relationships, there is no substitute for connecting in person.”

Save the date: DealerConnect is set for September 19–22, 2026, at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Registration is now open. NPDA member Early Bird registration rates are available through July 31.
