KTM GAINS TRACTION

“Today my Executive Board colleagues Gottfried Neumeister and Petra Preining presented the H1 and Q2 figures for KTM AG and Bajaj Mobility,” said KTM Chief Commercial Officer Stephan Reiff. “With the Q2 figures we are sending another strong commercial signal: momentum is building.”

“Motorcycle sales increased by another 20.7% compared with Q1, reaching approximately 48,700 units, while motorcycle revenue grew to EUR 307.3 million,” claims Reiff. “In a market that remains challenging, these results stand out. They show that our brands are performing strongly and that customers continue to respond to the products we are bringing to market.  For us on the commercial side, the focus now is clear: keep that momentum going. With a strong product lineup, close collaboration with our fantastic dealer network and an uncompromising focus on our customers, there is a lot to build on in the second half of the year.

According to the numbers presented by Neumeister, “Bajaj Mobility AG Q2 2026 results are showing further improvement across key operating metrics: Revenue reached EUR 370.2 million, up 11.7% compared with Q1. Motorcycle sales across KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS increased by 20.7% to 48,672 units, while motorcycle revenue grew to EUR 307.3 million.”

Profitability also improved significantly. The EBITDA margin increased from 1.7% in Q1 to 8.7% in Q2, and operating EBIT turned positive at EUR 1.3 million for the first time since the restructuring proceedings were completed. “The results reflect the continued impact of the restructuring measures, lower overhead costs and a more efficient organization. At the same time, demand for our motorcycles remains strong, even in a challenging market environment.”

“A big thank you to our teams and especially our retail partners around the world who are making this possible,” concluded Reiff.
