END OF AN ERA?

 

MPN is apparently leaving the print space in favor of a digital only platform, according to an announcement from parent publishing house Babcox Media. While we may be competing for dealers’ attention and advertisers’ support, the loss of any powersports print product is indeed the “end of an era” (their words) and we wish them continued successes. Dealers deserve all the tools that the industry media can provide them with! Here is the official word on MPN:

“The September issue will be the final print issue of Motorcycle & Powersports News and we are now going digital. Though it is the end of an era, this change is the beginning of something new. 

Realizing that the content consumption habits are changing within the industry, the decision to go digital was made to meet the diverse needs of our audience. 

Rather than waiting to receive a print copy of the magazine each month, you will have instant access to all of MPN’s feature stories and monthly columns, along with breaking news, the latest products and technical tips available 24/7 on a smartphone or computer at motorcyclepowersportsnews.com.

MPN’s content will be amplified through highly demanded outlets including eNewsletters, video, podcasts, live streaming events, webinars and more.”
