Following on the news of their expanded sprocket program, comes word that ProX is putting some teeth into their MAP program. ProX’s priority is protecting its 40-year history —and future — of supplying the finest products to its valued distributors, dealers and ultimately end users. To protect the integrity of the ProX brand and its partners, a comprehensive Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is essential to protect all sales channels.
“The newly created MAP Policy is a vital component in protecting the ProX Brand and creating a fair field of play for all of our valued distributors, dealers, retailers and resellers,” explains Scott Highland, Director of Marketing and Powersports for ProX parent company Race Winning Brands. “At the same time, this industry-standard policy will bring ProX in line with many of our counterparts across the powersports industry. This is an important initiative for ProX, and we look forward to working with everyone involved to make sure it’s a clear and friendly policy to navigate.”
Effective January 1, 2022, the MAP policy will apply to all ProX distributors, dealers, resellers and retailers in both traditional and Internet-based sales outlets. More details of theProX MAP Policy can be found here:
