Back in 2011 a couple of young Turks, Selim Ozruh and Bora Salkim, designed three rally bikes for DAKAR 2012. During both the DAKAR and subsequent TransAnatolia 2012 rallies the new designs worked perfectly. Salkim was a BMW Motorrad Instructor in Istanbul and a mechanical engineering trainee at GlobeScout, but after the Rally success and his graduation from Istanbul Technical University, became Özruh’s partner and the brand immediately branched out.
GlobeScout products are now known worldwide for their premium quality, handmade aluminum panniers for adventure bikes. However they had yet to explore the U.S. market… until now. Lindeco Genuine Powersports (LGP) is distributing GlobeScout products to the North American market through their brand new website at https://globescoutusa.com/.
