General Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site product recovery or support as needed based on dealer requests or escalated cases.
- Lead virtual and onsite technical training for all new dealers and during major expansions, ensuring mastery of product knowledge, diagnostics, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support adoption and ongoing usage of dealer platforms such as Xchange, Spares, Segway University, and Knowledge Base to improve dealer self-sufficiency and reduce support contact volume.
- Develop and deliver technical product training for internal Segway employees, enhancing company-wide product literacy and support effectiveness.
- Lead the technical training segment of the Dealer Weekly Newsletter, ensuring all technical updates are communicated concisely, clearly, and consistently.
- Create high-quality dealer guides, tutorials, training materials, and documentation aligned with Segway’s brand and marketing standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand formats suitable for a wide range of dealer audiences.
- Collaborate with the Sales team during discovery calls with potential dealers to provide accurate technical product summaries and ensure alignment between dealer needs and product specifications.
- Provide real-world insights to cross-functional teams to improve products, policies, and support resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Support, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in issue resolution, customer support, or service operations.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant issue resolution, customer support, or service operations experience, preferably in a eMobility, consumer electronics, or powersports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when explaining technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of e-bikes and micro mobility vehicles; hands-on repair or technician experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to create clear, structured, visually aligned documentation that supports dealer and internal learning.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a mix of onsite training, virtual sessions, and dealer support activities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate sensitive or urgent dealer issues.
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the time for dealer visits, trainings, and onsite support.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
