Job Description: We are seeking an Account Manager to grow our Powersports and Automotive Aftermarket business. In this role, you’ll work with leading powersports dealers, distributors, automotive accessory brands, OEM manufacturers, and aftermarket retailers to expand RAM Mounts’ presence in these key markets. Our ideal candidate is passionate about powersports and automotive customization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building strong business relationships. You’ll manage a mix of existing accounts while developing new business opportunities, driving sales, and shaping our go-to-market strategies for this exciting vertical. This position is office-based at our South Park Seattle headquarters, collaborating closely with our engineering, marketing, and U.S.-based production teams. Travel to industry trade shows, customer meetings, and events will be required (10–25%). Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the subject-matter expert for RAM Mounts products in the powersports and automotive aftermarket
    • Grow revenue within an existing portfolio while identifying and onboarding new accounts
    • Develop strategic sales plans tailored to your vertical
    • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM partners
    • Capture and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with marketing and engineering to develop innovative solutions for the market
    • Representing RAM Mounts at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions
    • Provide timely updates on product availability, new launches, and customer inquiries
    Skills and Specifications:
    • 2–4 years of sales experience (or transferable skills)
    • Background in powersports, automotive aftermarket, or related industries preferred
    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

    What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything—but you should already speak the language of powersports. We're looking for someone who has:
    • Experience with motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, or similar vehicles.
    • A solid understanding of mechanical components and replacement parts.
    • The ability to communicate technical information in a simple, friendly way.
    • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Bonus Points If You Have
    • Experience working at a powersports dealership.
    • Parts department or service department experience.
    • Warranty processing experience.
    • Hands-on mechanical experience.
