As the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth throughout your assigned territory by:- Developing new motorcycle dealer partnerships while expanding existing dealer relationships.
- Achieving wholesale and retail sales objectives.
- Managing dealer performance, inventory, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Working directly with dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, and buyers.
- Identifying and recruiting high-quality dealer prospects.
- Conducting regular dealership visits (approximately 60% field travel).
- Supporting dealer training, merchandising, product launches, promotions, and sales programs.
- Assisting dealers with both pre-sale and post-sale business needs.
- Representing Moto Morini at dealer meetings, open houses, demo ride events, consumer rallies, motorcycle shows, and industry events.
- Collaborating with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to maximize regional growth.
- Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Qualifications
Required- Current residence in the Mid-Atlantic, eastern U.S.
- 3+ years of OEM motorcycle, powersports, ATV or UTV outside sales experience.
- Existing network of motorcycle dealership contacts.
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Odoo) systems.

Qualifications • Proven sales, internet sales, BDC, call-center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred. • Confident and persuasive on the phone, without being pushy. • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by a salary-plus-commission pay plan. • Strong follow-up, organization, and CRM skills. • Able to work closely with managers and salespeople to help close deals. • Available for dealership hours, including some evenings and weekends. • Strong knowledge of RV or automotive operations. • Proven track record of supervising and managing a team effectively. Through advocacy and political engagement, the Rider Action Fund helps ensure our industry's voice is heard where it matters most. We are seeking an experienced Director, Political Action Committee (PAC) to build and lead the next chapter of the MIC Rider Action Fund. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a high-impact PAC program that supports the Association's advocacy priorities while strengthening relationships with industry leaders, member companies, and key stakeholders. Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Association leadership, the Director will develop the strategy, infrastructure, and fundraising program necessary to grow participation and financial support for the Rider Action Fund. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Government Affairs, Public Policy, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - Five or more years of experience in political fundraising or PAC management, with demonstrated success growing donor participation and contributions; association advocacy experience is preferred. - Experience building or significantly expanding a PAC or comparable fundraising program. - Strong understanding of the legislative process and familiarity with FEC, PAC, and campaign finance requirements. - Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage senior executives, donors, elected officials, and industry leaders. - Outstanding communication, organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills. - Ability to travel for member meetings, industry events, political events, and fundraising activities. - A passion for the motorcycle and powersports industry is strongly preferred.
