    The junior product compliance analyst ensures products meet legal and safety regulations by reviewing new and existing products, coordinating testing, maintaining documentation, and assisting with regulatory research. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance strategy, identifying risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like product development and quality engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
    • Product review: Review new and existing products to ensure they comply with quality and safety regulations.
    • Regulatory research: Research and stay updated on federal, state, and international laws and standards that affect the company's products.
    • Testing and documentation: Coordinate product testing with vendors and third-party labs, maintain records of test results, and manage product safety databases.
    • EPR policy support: Ensure all related functions and requirements are met for each sales region globally
    • Strategy support: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies, including preparing submission materials and managing recalls.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams such as product development, quality engineering, and customer service to address compliance issues and provide necessary information.
    • Risk management: Support quality risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
    • Labeling and packaging: Ensure uniform labeling, packaging, and classification of products to meet compliance standards.
    • Administrative support: Provide administrative and operational support for compliance initiatives, including responding to inquiries and handling day-to-day functions.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a relevant field like Communications, Administration, or a related technical area.
    • Familiarity with compliance management tools can be helpful.
    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with different departments.
