In a deal brokered by Generational Equity, a mergers & acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, long-time dealer Don & Roy’s Motorsports has become part of the Action Power Sports (APS) network. Founded in 1958, Don & Roy’s Motorsports (DRM) was a Wisconsin landmark, especially on the snow scene.
“After 50 years and almost 100,000 units sold, Don & Roy's Motorsports will be closing its doors for the last time. We have sold the business and all franchises to Action Power Sports in Waukesha, WI. Thank you to all the hundreds of thousands of customers we've had the privilege of serving in that time. Not only customers from our backyard in SE WI, but all the ones who drove from northern Illinois to give us their business. Also all the customers in Michigan at the Novi Snow Show that we attended for 25 years and established so many great relationships. Lastly, I have to give thanks to Adam R. and Mike J. for the last 10-18yrs. They were instrumental in upgrading the culture with customers and nurturing fellow employees and customers to make Don and Roy's what it stands for today. I could have never done it without both of you and your positive influence on everyone. Thank you.
