DEALER NEWS: REXBURG RETIREE

AIMExpo Dealer Education host and HeroHub founder Jared Burt reports there is a help wanted sign hanging in his old dealership Rexburg Motor Sports. “Today is my Dad's last day working at Rexburg Motorsports. I am so proud of him. He is amazing. His work ethic, integrity and the way he treats every customer is unparalleled."

As a business owner, Ken Burt persevered through hard times. “He always treated his employees like family. He was constantly learning new techniques and studying new products. A true lifelong learner. He was co-founder and an investor in Rexburg Motorsports circa 1996. He also started Stoneridge Motorsports and sold it to Rexburg Motorsports in 2004.

“He then started a new career as a salesperson for most of the next 19 years. He personally sold about 10,000 motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs and side-by-sides over his career. (Before that a bunch of tractors, harvesters and potato diggers)…”

“He leaves with lifelong relationships with former employees, co-workers, customers, suppliers, business partners and on and on. His customers will miss him. He's impossible to replace but he'll be rooting for new salespeople to take care of his loyal customers so they can continue to experience the great outdoors with powersports.”
