The results would say the family run business does things better: They have sold 60,000+ ATVs and motorcycles in the past 15 years! They have also embraced the eBike and eMoto niches to become the fastest growing EV dealer in California! Starting with only a few vehicles, ATV Wholesale Outlet has swept the Northern California market by offering high quality, affordable powersport vehicles.
Born out of a garage only selling dirtbikes, CEO Doug Stabler has built a burgeoning empire of “off-brands” and Chinese products. Feature marques include Apollo ATVs, Aventon, Burromax, Electric Bike Co, Rad Power Bikes, Tao Motor, YCF and most recently Denago. “ATV Wholesale Outlet has been driven by a vision to give customers a better alternative to the over-priced Japanese powersports products,” says Jacob candidly. Like he mentioned, they do things differently. Rather than apologize for Chinese-made product, they focus on giving their customers a quality experience.
“We strive to make every visit to ATVWO a memorable one as every customer is treated like family first, business second,” he explains. “Our business model operates on the pillars of HONESTY and RESPECT. Our employees are an extension of the family, and are the face of who we are.”
Dealernews caught up with Jacob on the floor of the Tao factory in China to discuss Chinese made motorcycles, tariffs and the Denago Difference. Speaking of which, ATV Wholesale Outlet was the #1 volume dealer for Denago in 2024, despite adding the brand years after its other lines.
