SPEAKING OF TRIUMPH OFF-ROADERS…

default

With the AMA EnduroCross Championship launching next month, Triumph has invested in a new EnduroCross-specific track. The new track will provide the perfect place for Jonny Walker to get the holeshot on the season. Triumph brought in experts to construct the latest feature of its state-of-the-art facility, which already includes purpose-built supercross and motocross tracks and new race workshops.

“I’m so excited to be part of this Triumph project building the new track, which will give me the best possibility to win the championship,” says Walker. “I’ve been with the guys here over the last week or so while they’ve been completing the build and refining the track. Having this facility finished now means we’ve got a good four weeks of solid practice, which is something I’ve never had going into an EnduroCross championship.”

With final tweaks currently being made by Walker, the four-lane circuit is filled with obstacles similar to those found in the AMA EnduroCross and FIM SuperEnduro World Championship series, providing Triumph with a specialist testing and training ground for racers competing on the TF 250-E and TF 450-E in arena-based enduro. The width of the track ensures that the British ace has multiple options to practice lines and obstacles, while refining the set-up of his Triumph machine. Walker will contest the full 2025 EnduroCross series, in which he enjoyed success last season while making Triumph’s debut in the championship at a select number of rounds. The Cumbrian racer will then head back to Europe to focus on the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, which begins in December this year.

Expansion of the US race facility underlines Triumph’s commitment to its ambitious global racing program that launched in 2024. The British manufacturer made its debut in the FIM MXGP Motocross World Championship and the AMA SuperMotocross Championship, finishing with a number of podiums in its inaugural season. Triumph then announced its entry into the FIM SuperEnduro series for 2024/25, and the FIM EnduroGP World Championship this season. Alongside its factory entry in the most prestigious off-road series, Triumph launched its production TF 250-X and TF 450-RC motocross machines as well as the TF 250-E and TF 450-E enduro models, which are available globally.
