We first ran into the NPA crew at the EICMA show in Milan… which given the scope of the world’s oldest and largest motorcycle trade fair wasn’t that out of place. However, in an impromptu interview, America’s largest remarketer for pre-owned motorcycles admitted they were exploring the European opportunities. Now they have detailed the strategic plan to go overseas, starting with Germany. New operational locations in Düsseldorf and Hannover are set to give NPA a toehold as NPA continues to expand its European footprint.
“This expansion comes at the right time,” says NPA CEO Jim Woodruff. “Dealers across Europe are facing familiar challenges around inventory management, data visibility, and logistics. NPA delivers a trusted, established solution that addresses those needs and supports long-term success.” The focus remains on building a strong presence in key markets, helping dealers tap into a wider network of buyers and move inventory beyond their local region. Woodruff adds, “This strategic move marks a significant milestone in NPA’s global growth and commitment to supporting dealers worldwide.”
With established operations now in Europe, NPA is ready to partner with European powersport dealers to help manage inventory more efficiently, improve turn rates, and maximize returns. Dealers across the region will have access to NPA’s proven auction platform, robust data insights, and streamlined logistics solutions.
“At the core, it’s about helping dealers operate more efficiently and profitably,” adds NPA Europe Managing Director Marc McAllister. “NPA’s entry into Europe introduces a new level of capability and competitive edge to the marketplace.” Dealers ready to get started in Germany can take advantage of NPA’s free registration process by visiting npauctions.eu and clicking “Register.” European dealers interested in buying or selling inventory through NPA’s newest German locations are encouraged to connect directly with Sales Manager Dean Faber at dfaber@npauctions.eu.
Additional details, including upcoming auction dates, will be announced soon… In the meantime, Dealernews did a deep dive in the April issue in conjunction with our exclusive coverage of the Verona Motor Bike Expo:
