CAN-AM MOTORCYCLES BEGIN ROLLING OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE

Can-Am is back on two wheels! For the first time since 1987, Can-Am motorcycles are rolling off the assembly line. Origin #0001 came off of the line at the BRP plant in Querétaro, Mexico on December 2, 2024.

“The first Can-Am electric motorcycle coming off of the assembly line is a huge milestone for BRP as we position ourselves to be a global leader in the electric motorcycle industry,” said Sandy Scullion, President, Powersports & Marine. “In addition to the incredible riding experience the Can-Am Pulse and Origin offer, one of our core advantages is our extensive global dealer network that will be selling and servicing Can-Am motorcycles. We can’t wait to start getting these bikes in the hands of riders all over the world.”

“With this milestone, Can-Am is bringing new energy to the global electric motorcycle market,” adds Josée Perreault, Chief Marketing Officer at BRP. “Built on 80+ years of powersports ingenuity, these all-new, all-electric bikes are proof once again that innovation is at the core of what we do. Today marks the day we reclaim our two-wheel heritage. Can-Am motorcycles are officially here!”

“It’s great to see the first Can-Am motorcycle roll off the assembly line,” stated Denys Lapointe, Chief Design Officer. “We’ve put years of product design, development, and engineering into them to optimize the riding and ownership experience. They’re contemporary, technologically advanced, and they’re designed to be simple and fun to ride regardless of your experience. Once behind the handlebars, riders will see that we built these from the ground up with them in mind, from the nimble handling, to the comfort and ergonomy that makes them feel at one with the bikes. Here’s to awakening the energy within every rider!”

Can-Am motorcycles will hit dealer showrooms in North America and Europe in early 2025.
