CRACKING THE CULTURE CODE

Don't like the current market trends? In an unprecedented move the Motorcycle Industry Council invited all stakeholders in our industry’s future to attend a special “Ridership Session” following the annual member’s only Communications Symposium.

“It's not a secret that we are facing tough times,” sated the MIC invitation. “But it doesn't have to stay that way. We don't have to sit back and be victims of circumstance. Instead, let's pull in the same direction and right our course.”

It's all about Ridership. We all need more riders, riding more.

The latest developments of this industry-wide, MIC-led initiative were presented to nearly 300 motorcycle industry leaders, entrepreneurs, new product inventors, engineers, retailers, marketers and powersports experts in Long Beach, California, the day before the International Motorcycle Shows series kick-off.

In addition to live streaming  the Ridership Session, attendees were treated to a digital draft of a Playbook to help crack the culture code.

“The purpose of this playbook is to provide key insights to creating experiences and messages that will resonate with potential riders. It is intended to be used as a lens to evaluate current initiatives and spark new ways of thinking to elevate motorcycling in America, no matter what part of the industry you represent.”
