EASY BUTTON FOR DC FLY-IN

On May 18-19, the powersports industry will convene in Washington, D.C., to meet directly with members of Congress to share how policies are impacting local businesses and their constituents. To make it even easier for the powersports industry to be heard on Capitol Hill, the Motorcycle Industry Council has created the “easy button” for this year’s Fly-In. At the push of a button, the MIC Government Relations team schedules your meetings, prepares your materials and walks you through every step so you can make the most of your time.

How It Works:

• Just sign up and share your business locations. We’ll schedule all your Capitol Hill meetings for you.

• Key issues and messaging points are emailed to you. Review a few materials and watch a sample meeting video. That’s all the prep you’ll need before you arrive in D.C.

• Welcome to D.C. When you arrive on May 18, you’ll receive your personal meeting schedule and folder. Then we’ll gather for a fun networking reception. It’s a great time to reunite with friends and meet up with industry leaders. We’ll also preview key priorities and messaging points.

• Capitol Hill Day. At breakfast, we’ll make sure you’re ready to engage in high-level, meaningful discussions with members of Congress and their staff. New to the Fly-In? Don’t worry. We’ll do our best to pair you with an experienced attendee for some meetings, depending on schedules. The Powersports Capitol Hill Fly-In is free for MIC, ROHVA and SVIA members and $1,000 for non-members. Participants cover their travel to and from Washington, D.C. and hotel accommodations.

BUT PUSH THE BUTTON NOW! Registration for the Capitol Hill Fly-In closes April 21. In the meantime, event details, hotel information and registration information can be found at:
