“I am pleased to invite you to a legislative update in Las Vegas in February, courtesy of the Independent Motorcycle Aftermarket (IMA),” says activist/founder Bob Kay. “With more than five decades working in and dedicated to the motorcycle aftermarket, I am proud to lead the fight to protect our right to repair and modify motorcycles, preserve our options to choose internal combustion engines as our power source and ensure that proper fuels are available to riders.”
If you want to hear IMA’s take, the session is scheduled for after AIMExpo hours for those who will be in town for the industry’s trade show. “While many have recently become aware of dangers to the growth and longevity of our industry, the IMA has been working our ground game for over two years and we are ready to introduce legislation,” adds Kay.
“I’ll be conducting the legislative update along with our lobbyist detailing who, what and how we may all be affected by pending laws restricting motorsports and those that can protect our interests. We will take your questions, as well. I look forward to meeting you and addressing any concerns you may have,” concludes Kay.
