Intimidator Group held its Ninth Annual National Dealer Meeting Sept. 9-10 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville, Florida. This year’s theme was “Ignite the Spark,” calling dealers to build on the excitement of new products and partnerships to grow their businesses.
“Gathering with our dealers and vendors at the National Dealer Meeting is the highlight of our year,” says Intimidator Group GM John Swanson. “We’re always eager to share what all our team has been working on, which includes several new products that will drive growth of the Spartan line for our dealer partners.”
The meeting kicked off with a reveal in which product marketing managers and engineers unveiled new units as well as upgrades for the 2025 lineup. Announcements included a new UTV design launched under the Spartan brand—the Intimidator FRX. Other activities included an outdoor ride-and-drive, sales and marketing workshops, awards luncheon and a keynote address by FranklinCovey sales consultant, Ray DiCenzo.
“We appreciate everyone who traveled to Jacksonville to make this year’s NDM such a huge success,” said Director of Marketing Charlie Massopust. “The energy level was high, everyone was excited about new products, and we can tell that 2025 is going to be a great year for growing the Spartan brand and our dealer network.”
Intimidator Group is pleased to announce that the Intimidator and Spartan brands are joining forces. The all-new lineup of 2025 side-by-side vehicles under the Spartan brand as the “Intimidator” product family.
“We are proud of both Intimidator and Spartan, and we are making big investments in the future,” says Swanson. “We continue to stand behind and support our segment-leading current products, we continue to invest to keep raising the bar with exciting new product introductions, and we are doubling our efforts and spending to accelerate the growth of our brand.”
According to Swanson, Spartan and Intimidator have always maintained a commitment to the same brand promise: to lead with game-changing styling, rugged power and strength, superior handling and traction, and best-in-class comfort. As such, that common brand promise typically attracts similar customers to both products, and research has shown that customer bases for both UTVs and mowers overlap in many aspects.
“This transition is the result of a thorough and strategic decision-making process to find the best path forward for maximizing brand impact and efficiently managing investments,” he notes. Although new products will be manufactured and sold under the Spartan brand, Intimidator UTV will continue to honor and support its legacy products and maintain all service-related aspects of the UTVs for existing customers, now and in the future.
“We are truly excited about the future of our Spartan Intimidator UTV line,” added Swanson, “and we are committed to building on the Intimidator legacy and growing the Intimidator model family to stand among industry leaders.”
