Unlike the old Rodney Dangerfield flick, Johnny Lewis is getting some respect for his efforts on the Royal Enfield in AFT racing and for his willingness to share the tricks of the trade in Slide School. Flat tracking is a fun, emerging and accessible form of motorcycling which is among the fastest growing motorsports in the World, so Royal Enfield launched Slide School in collaboration with Lewis and Moto Anatomy to provide the ultimate intro to flat track experience. Developing the fundamentals to breakdown the slide technique used by professional riders in the American Flat Track series across North America. The slide is an art and once experienced it's hard to get away from the feeling.
After the program’s successful first season, which saw Lewis win during the Progressive AFT Finale in Daytona, the team will continue developing the Twins FT package for the AFT Production Twins class on top of conducting Slide Schools during breaks in the AFT schedule. Meanwhile veteran flat track crew chief, former team owner and tuner David Lloyd will join Lewis and add depth and experience to the Moto Anatomy x Royal Enfield team.
