KLIM continues in its quest to redefine rider protection with the global debut of its “Rogue” integrated armor system at EICMA. The new armor system is a proprietary compound of impact-absorbing polymers designed to be thinner, lighter and more breathable than anything on the market. The new armor was designed in-house by KLIM over five years of rigorous development, representing a groundbreaking advancement in rider safety and comfort, challenging what riders have come to expect from their gear.
“KLIM’s 2026 motorcycle lineup represents a major leap forward in rider-focused innovation,” explains Brent Harden, Category Director at KLIM. “We’re thrilled to introduce our all-new Rogue protectors – lighter, thinner, softer, and more comfortable than before, while exceeding impact standards where others fall short.”
He adds Rogue Level 2 limb pads are so thin they’re actually as thin as the prior Level 1 armor. All Rogue Level 1 and Level 2 limb armor also passes all four CE testing conditions, offering a more complete protection package than ever seen in KLIM gear. “Riders will appreciate reduced overall garment weight and bulk, both of which add to a refined fit experience and improved comfort. Breathability is also massively improved, allowing for greater functionality of the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane.”
