Looking to stand behind their dealers, KYMCO USA has relaunched its KYMCO Extended Protection Program (KEPs rhymes with “keeps”). “This gives our dealers an easy way to increase per-unit revenue while delivering added value and peace of mind to customers,” explains Senior VP, Joe Wofford. “The updated program features flexible coverage terms, simplified enrollment, and new add-on protection options designed to support dealership sales efforts and improve the ownership experience.”

According to “KYMCO Joe” the KEP relaunch also includes enhanced backend support and improved claims processing to help create a smoother experience for both dealers and consumers.

In addition to extended coverage, dealers bridge the gap by offering Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) — helping protect customers financially in the event of a total loss — and Tire & Wheel Protection has been rolled out as well. The Tire is & Wheel package covers eligible road hazard damage, creating an easy value-add opportunity at the point of sale.
