AMA Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony Set For Sept. 10th

The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony presented by Yamaha Motor Company is billed as the ultimate celebration of the motorcycling community. “The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame preserves the rich history of American motorcycling and celebrates all of the individuals and groups that have elevated our sport to where it is today,” states Yamaha Motorsports Marketing Director Steve Nessl.
“We take great pride in supporting the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, and celebrating the outstanding individuals that will be forever enshrined amongst the legends.” Speaking of legends, longtime Yamaha star Broc Glover is getting special recognition this year.
On Sept. 10 at the Event Center at Violet Woods in Pickerington, Ohio, six outstanding motorcyclists are set to be inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, including Gary Sellers, Jake Johnson, Damon Bradshaw, Russell Bobbitt, Eraldo Ferracci and Dale Walker. The AMA will also honor Broc Glover — a 2000 Hall of Fame inductee — as a Hall of Fame Legend, a special distinction to honor the motorcyclists that transcend beyond a single discipline, era or achievement.
