SHIFTING GEARS

Just in time for today’s launch of the S&S Vintage Tour at Daytona Bike Week, industry stalwart Jeremy Gilbert joins as the Senior Manager of Special Projects. This is not Rodeo’s first stint in the S&S saddle: Gilbert was originally with S&S Cycle from 2004 to 2014. “I was very eager to bring Jeremy ‘Rodeo’ Gilbert back to the S&S family and have not been disappointed,” said Director and Shareholder, Brett Smith. “He started out as Sr. Manager of Special Projects and quickly earned a promotion to Director of Logistics, a position we haven’t filled in quite some time. Having such dedicated, experienced, and passionate leaders at S&S like Jeremy is why we’re going to win and win big in 2025 by providing the ultimate customer experience through Proven Performance™ in the powersports industry!”

During his decade away from S&S, Rodeo spent four years managing a Milk Replacer plant for Land O’ Lakes. He spent another six years leading production operations at Freudenberg, Inc., a $11 billion global gasket company serving the automotive industry.

On his hiatus from motorcycles, Glibert says he gained valuable global operational experience by serving as a supplier to the world’s largest automotive and motorcycle manufacturers. “I am looking forward to using my passion for motorcycles and leveraging my previous experiences working at the industry-leading provider of V-Twin Proven Performance.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with an Emphasis on Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout as well as a Black Belt in Six Sigma… But most importantly, he is a member of the S&S Cycle 11-Second Club.
