New OEM Tewa Moto Inc. adds an old hand as powersports industry veteran Colin Preiser becomes Brand Director for North America. “Colin brings a unique skillset to Tewa Moto, and we are very excited to have him on board,” notes Tewa Moto CEO Wayne Wang.
After starting as the lot porter for Kawasaki of Tullahoma, Preiser worked his way up through the dealership ranks holding increasing levels of responsibility as Sales Team Leader at Cool Springs Powersports, GSM for America’s Motorsports, GM for Motogear Warehouse and ultimately Director of Operations for Tims Ford Powersports before joining BRP on the OEM side. “I spent a decade telling OEMs what dealers needed. Then I spent over five years on the other side of that conversation, telling dealers what the OEM needed. I know what both sides of the table want, what they can and cannot deliver on… And ultimately, how it affects the end user — because I’ve been one my entire life.”
In his new role Preiser will be overseeing all aspects of network development, sales strategy and marketing campaigns. Focusing on growth of the dealer network and brand alignment within the motocross segment of the industry. “I am extremely fortunate to have this opportunity,” claims Colin. “And I’m blessed to have the leadership of Tewa trust my vision and trust the process.”
