SHIFTING GEARS AT HISUN

There is a new sheriff in town! HISUN Motors USA has promoted Allen Talley to VP of Operations. In this role, Talley will focus on improving how the company executes across the full ownership lifecycle—from product readiness and assembly to parts availability, service, and support in the field. Talley most recently served as Senior Director of Product Management, Quality & Continuous Improvement, where he led efforts to address internal process gaps and improve coordination between product definition, assembly operations, and field performance. In his expanded role, he will oversee operations across supply chain, quality, assembly, parts, warehousing, customer service, and technical support, along with continuous improvement initiatives.

“Allen has consistently demonstrated the ability to bring structure, accountability, and cross-functional alignment to how we operate,” notes CEO King Dai. “As we continue to strengthen our operational capabilities, his leadership will be critical in helping us build greater consistency and reliability across the business.”

Talley brings more than two decades of experience across product development, operations, and commercial business leadership. His background spans product management, program leadership, and operational execution within complex, multi-channel organizations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how products are developed, built and supported in market. “We’re building a more connected and accountable system across product, brand, go-to-market, and operations,” adds Charles Kim, Chief Product & Marketing Officer of HISUN Motors USA. “Allen’s role is critical in strengthening how we execute across that system — from how products are built to how they are supported in the field — bringing greater alignment, discipline and consistency to how we operate as a company.”

“Strong operational execution is critical to supporting our dealers and retail partners,” says VP of Sales Zegin Braun. “This role helps ensure we are delivering a more consistent and dependable experience—from product availability to parts, service, and support in the field.”

“I’m excited to step into this role at an important time for the company,” concludes Talley. “There is a clear opportunity to improve how we operate and how we support our dealers, retail partners, and customers. My focus is on building processes that are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the expectations of the market.”
