That is where Taylor Allis comes in as Lightspeed DMS’ new Chief Product Officer—a key addition as Lightspeed continues to grow and invest in building the strongest leadership team in the industry. As part of this growth, Troy Thibodeau will redirect 100% of his focus on Chief Marketing Officer responsibilities. “Taylor brings deep experience from high-growth SaaS environments,” says Thibodeau. “His passion for innovation — especially when it comes to AI — will be a major asset as we continue building smarter, faster and more connected tools for our dealers.

Well-positioned to lead the next chapter of product innovation at Lightspeed, Taylor is ready to move quickly, bringing new ideas to life, expanding into new markets, and staying ahead of what’s next. “I’m passionate about the outdoor recreational and dealership space,” adds Allis. “I saw a huge opportunity for growth and innovation … With the data we have around dealerships and OEMs, the possibilities are incredible.”

Taylor lives the lifestyle Lightspeed supports—he’s an avid biker, trail runner, fly fisherman, scuba diver and regularly climbs Colorado 14ers for fun. “I grew up in the world of motorcycleswatersports and dealerships. I’m excited to give back to this incredible industry and community.”
