After a 6-year stint with BRP (most recently as Dealer Development Manager for the OEM), industry veteran Rob Oliva is back with LeMans Corp. becoming the new National Sales Manager, effective December 15, 2025. “Rob’s return to Parts Unlimited marks an exciting chapter for our company and the powersports community,” said Paul Devine, VP of Sales & Marketing. “His leadership, combined with his deep understanding of dealer needs and industry trends, will strengthen our commitment to driving growth and innovation.”
After starting as a Drag Specialties rep back in 2013 he worked his way up to LeMan’s RSM before BRP in 2019. “Rob brings decades of experience across dealership operations, aftermarket distribution and OEM leadership, including key roles at BRP. His deep industry knowledge and passion for powersports will help us drive growth and deliver even greater value to our dealer network. Speaking of dealerships, Oliva ran his own operation — Lithium Motorsports Inc. — for more than a decade before becoming Sales Manager for Midwest Honda, Suzuki in Sioux City, Iowa, circa 2010-2013.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Oliva’s passion for powersports runs deep. Raised in Pennsylvania, he developed a love for riding on a Honda Mini Trail 50. After serving as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, he pursued college studies and roadracing, a passion that continues today. He remains an active enthusiast, enjoying time on the track and with his family.
