Shocker from Volcon as former CEO Jordan Davis returns to his roots in the firearms industry. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Growth Officer at WATCHTOWER Firearms," he fired off on social media shortly after announcing the EV company was set to deliver Stags to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. "It's an absolute pleasure to be coming back home to the shooting sports industry."
Davis adds he will miss the team. “It has been one of the pleasures of my career to have worked with the team at Volcon. The company is full of driven, dedicated, wonderfully smart people, and I believe, without a doubt, they will be successful. I will look back fondly on my time with them and look forward to celebrating their successes in the months to come. Thank you to all the Volconites who made my time there such a great experience. You will be missed.”
As soon as Davis announced its plans, Volcon's Board of Directors re-loaded and dropped the news former paratrooper John Kim is the new CEO.
