Vanderhall Motor Works will have its American-made 2020 model line-up at AIMExpo this weekend, September 26-September 29 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Highlights include a new 194-HP 1.5L turbocharged powerplant in the all-new Vanderhall Carmel model, which has suicide doors, and the refreshed Venice three-wheeler. Test-drives of these autocycles will be available in the outdoor demo area.
In addition, AIMExpo attendees can preview the soon-to-be-released Vanderhall Edison2 EV autocycle. It features motors on both front wheels, producing the equivalent of 180 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of instantaneous torque. Estimated 0-60 time is about 4.0 seconds. The vehicle's 30 kWh lithium-ion battery is projected to have about a 200-mile range. The Edison2 will be on display in the Vanderhall Motor Works booth (#1301) throughout the 2019 AIMExpo.
