Industry stalwart Anders Pigorsch is Herohub’s newest Performance Coach. He adds more than 20 years of Harley-Davidson and metric dealership experience, as well as action sports and outdoor retail leadership roles. Pigorsch is uniquely qualified to join the Herohub team. Throughout his career, Pigorsch has focused on turning strategy into consistent execution. He has implemented sales processes, systems and tools designed to produce measurable results while establishing the accountability necessary to sustain them. His experience also includes training department teams and dealership leaders, recruiting and talent acquisition, and using performance data to identify opportunities and guide operational growth.
“Anders began his dealership career in major unit sales before advancing into leadership positions across multiple areas of the business,” says dealer-turned-entrepreneur, Jared Burt. “His experience includes Sales Management and F&I leadership, oversight of Service, Parts and Merchandise departments, and most recently serving in General Manager/Operations leadership with responsibility across dealership operations.”
As a Performance Coach at Herohub, Pigorsch will work directly with powersports dealerships and their leadership teams to identify performance opportunities, strengthen operational processes, develop teams, and create greater accountability around dealership goals. “Beyond operational performance, Anders brings a strong focus on dealership culture and the customer experience. His approach combines data-driven decision-making with the development of teams and processes that can consistently execute at a high level.
Pigorsch joins Herohub as the company continues expanding its coaching, training, and performance resources for powersports dealerships across North America.
