After 26 years of superior community building and a loyal customer base in the Bend, Oregon, area, Angy and John Stewart have decided to ride off into the sunset. “It is with a heavy heart (and a full tank of gratitude) that we announce the closure of our Wildhorse Harley-Davidson Kawasaki location,” says the post on Facebook.
“We are overwhelmed by all the support we’ve been getting from all of you as we navigate our way through winding this big operation down,” adds Angy. “Thank you so much everyone! It means the world to us… You weren’t just customers — you were the reason we opened our doors every day. We’ll miss the roar of engines pulling up.”
Staying true to their customers, the team is continuing to take care of business. “Know that there are a few of us here at the store finishing up customer units that are in the Service Dept. and calling folks whose special orders are continuing to come in.” They are also keeping the Facebook page up for the time being. “Let’s enjoy some of the history in this store and share your pictures as well! We’d love to see them!”
