Shades of the Old West! Since a posse of riders are heading to the Black Hills for Sturgis, Arai is heading them off at the pass… make that the Exit 55 overpass leading to Black Hills Harley-Davidson, that is. Arai and Drag Specialties are hosting “Arai Touring Service” helmet checks at the mega dealership for the run of the Rally.
Actually the helmet company headed for the Black Hills early to launch a new program for more adventurous riders who had attended the ADV Rally at The Buffalo Chip at the end of July. Arai launched its new “Ride Before You Buy” helmet demo program for their all-new XD-5. The reception was so positive the program was extended to run the duration of the Rally.
Both the Touring Service — providing a checkup and cleaning of any Arai helmet — and the XD-5 demos are located near the inside of the adventure touring OEM Demo ride areas in downtown Sturgis. These two new Arai supported services are available to all Arai customers and potential new Arai customers.
