When is TMI not enough? When it is referencing too much information for TMI’s RZR Roll-Out at the 2025 Sand Sports Super Show! The interior experts have gone outside the box to greatly expand their full range of RZR offerings, including suspension-seats, door panel stash bags and more… Much more!
In addition to the trim and interior components they have produced for decades, TMI has pushed into the exterior hard parts segments including door kits, bumpers/pushbars, rock sliders and more. However, it was the debut of TMI’s SS2 Suspension Seat that stole the show during the annual Sand Sports Super Show.
“Building upon the Suspension Seat SS1 introduced last year, TMI is excited to show-off the evolution of this great product, which now comes in two versions: S2 High Bolster and S2 Low Bolster, explains TMI Marketing Director Ross Berlanga. “SS2 was the best seat in the house at S4,” he quips.
S2 High Bolster
TMI’s SS2 High Bolster Suspension Seat is designed to deliver maximum support when the trail gets rough. Advanced suspension technology absorbs impacts while two-inch high-density foam and marine-grade vinyl provide all-day comfort and durability. Harness slots accept factory belts or four- and five-point systems, giving the user total confidence on every ride. The SS2 High Bolster is available in Sport, Double Diamond, Hex, DDY, and HY stitch patterns.
S2 Low Bolster
TMI’s SS2 Low Bolster Suspension Seat is engineered for improved ingress and egress, versatility, and comfort with advanced suspension tech and a durable two-inch molded foam base that absorbs rough terrain without added fatigue. Harness slots fit factory belts as well as four- and five-point systems, keeping you secure without compromising comfort. Those interested in the SS2 Low Bolster seats can choose from Sport, Double Diamond, Hex, DDY or HY stitching for a custom look.
Suspended Base
Both versions feature TMI’s patent-pending Suspension Seat “Comfort Grid Technology” available on all TMI Side-by-Side Seats. Starting with technology derived from mil-spec helicopter seats, TMI’s web-style base really makes a difference, claims Berlanga. “While it is much more labor intensive to manufacture, TMI’s seat base does a much better job at damping and distributing loads to better protect the spine from those big impacts.”
