In addition to shifting its focus from EV-exclusivity to the more broad based appeal of demo days, Electrify Expo has changed its name and moved its season debut in SoCal from Long Beach to the legendary Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Now known as Demo Days Festival, North America’s largest outdoor demo festival launches June 27-28, 2026.
What has not changed is the reach and the sheer number of butts on seats delivered by Demo Days: More than 1 million hands-on demos delivered since 2021. “This is real people on purpose-built outdoor courses, on motorcycles on open streets, on e-bikes on dedicated loops, on UTVs through dirt tracks,” explains founder BJ Birtwell. “Ride. Drive. Demo Everything!”
“That number grew because the format works,” he adds. “You put a product in someone’s hands with no sales pressure and no barriers, and the product sells itself. We built the entire festival around that idea and have now done it across 32+ events in major US markets with 600,000+ attendees.”
Demo Days 2026 opens in Pasadena on June 27 and runs through multiple metro centers before wrapping up in San Diego, December 12-13. Find out what all the buzz is about at:
