SHIFTING GEARS AT THE MOTOR CO.

Here comes the judge? Gayle Littleton is now Chief Legal officer for Harley-Davidson. Most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for a Chicago-based utility firm Exelon Corp., she was a partner at Jenner & Block for five years after serving as an assistant U.S. attorney for more than a decade. After graduating from Stetson University and Cornell Law School, she clerked for two federal judges, Senior Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and U.S. District Judge Joseph Tauro in Boston. Littleton takes over for Paul Krause who stepped down as Harley’s Chief Legal Officer at the end of June 2026.

CEO Artie Starrs also brought back Bryan Niketh as Chief Operations Officer. Niketh had been with Harley 20 years before separating with the brand back in 2022. See what else Harley-Davidson has in store at The SEMA Show, Booth #60217.
