Industry stalwart Primo Marotto is back in the saddle again with Wild Ass Seat Cushions. Marotto joins the company to assist with sales, dealer development, product training and industry relations. “Primo brings decades of powersports experience to the position, including sales roles with Dunlop Tires and Scott goggles/eyewear/apparel,” says Wild Ass founder Craig Johnson.
Marotto had a front row seat working alongside the Wild Ass team for a full week at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, giving him an opportunity to learn the product, meet Wild Ass customers and experience firsthand how riders respond to the company’s seat cushions. “I’ve been fortunate throughout my motorcycle industry career to work with iconic brands and represent products that I truly believed in,” says Marotto. “When you believe in the product, selling it doesn’t really feel like selling. That’s exactly how I feel about Wild Ass seat cushions.”
Johnson adds Primo’s combination of deep seated industry experience, long-standing relationships and sales background will be an asset as the company continues expanding its dealer and consumer presence. “Primo knows this industry, he knows dealers and he knows riders,” says Johnson. “We’re very pleased to have him joining the Wild Ass team.”
“After Sturgis, I’m even more convinced that Wild Ass has something special,” adds Marotto. “I believe I can bring my experience, relationships, powersports industry background and sales ability to help grow the brand and introduce the product to more riders.”
