American Flat Track and the City of Sturgis have teamed up to take over the town with the Progressive Insurance Sturgis TT Demo & Display Lot. Slated to run from Friday, August 2, until Sunday, August 11th, the Demo Lot will be the focal point for a host of OEM activations for the entirety of the 84th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
This year’s rally was already destined to be one to remember for Progressive AFT fans and rally enthusiasts alike, featuring both the Black Hills Harley-Davidson Black Hills Half-Mile presented by The City of Sturgis, and the inaugural Arrowhead Sturgis TT running right through the middle of town… not to mention the advent of ADV racing! But the stand-alone demo area and mini trade show should really stand-out.
Operating each day from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. the Demo rides are based out of the parking lot of the LifeSpring Wesleyan Church, located at 2105 West Lazelle Street. The lot features demo ride activations from BRP/Can-Am, BossHoss, Moto Morini, Triumph and Yamaha.
The Progressive Insurance Sturgis TT Demo & Display Lot will also serve as a center of activity beyond the demo rides, including vendor displays from Arai Helmet, Kicker Audio, Polaris Slingshot, Cardo Systems, and the AMA Pro Racing merchandise trailer, featuring Sturgis TT event merchandise. There will also be food and beverage options available for purchase, from Momma D’s food truck along with access to restrooms.
