When they outlaw eBikes, only outlaws will ride? In response to more than 100 deaths attributed to eBikes and eMotos in the United States, Orange County, California, District Attorney Todd Spitzer has issued formal warning letters to more than 80 retailers reiterating their legal duties selling eBikes/eMotos and the potential criminal and civil penalties they could face if they fail to fulfill those duties.
