Frank Yang stepped up as Interim CEO effective October 30, 2025, marking a renewed commitment to the brand’s future in the United States. Yang’s order of business was to bring back former KYMCO USA Vice President Joe Wofford — AKA “KYMCO Joe” — as the new Senior Vice President.
